Koiramäki History of Finland is a big stage musical and a cartoon of Finland’s history under the Swedish reign between 16th and 19th century.
Main character, twelwe year old Alix is on a class trip at a museum and gets left behind to study for her history exam. Statues come to life and take Alix to the center of history’s adventures. Alix gets to meet important people like girl king Kristiina and Mikael Agricola, as well as cervants and craftsmen.
Production is based on the beloved book of Mauri Kunnas and takes place at the main stage of Pori Theatre.
