I am a director and playwright specialized in contemporary drama and dramatic comedy. My stage works are often characterized by rhythmic and choreographic precision and minimalism. I find myself touched by unarticulated tensions and conflicts, and am always in search of the hidden and the suppressed.
I hold a degree in theatre directing from University of The Arts Helsinki and have a strong academic background from Tampere University and Aalto University School of Business. I live in Helsinki, Finland, and work all over.

I am a director and playwright specialized in contemporary drama and dramatic comedy. My stage works are often characterized by rhythmic and choreographic precision and minimalism. I have directed and written for several city theatres since my graduation in 2020. I have also worked as a resident director at Lappeenranta City Theatre since autumn 2022 and have recently been appointed Theatre Manager of the theatre. Alongside my post, I will continue to work as a freelance artist.

I direct 2–3 premieres annually and participate in planning the theatre's repertoire.
Recent productions include a drama Hiljan päivät (text by Asta Honkamaa), a contemporary theatre evening Ilta Saimaalla (co-produced with Saimaan Teatteri), a musical Yökyöpelit (text by Laura Ruohonen), and a grotesque comedy Vuoden perhe (text by Aino Pennanen).

I have directed productions for several theatres, including Turku City Theatre (Äiti, premiere 02/2022) and Tampere Theatre (Synninkantajat, premiere 09/2020).
